After I purchase 'Website In A Day', how do I get started?
Your website will be ready for you after about 5 minutes. Both the purchase confirmation page and email include the steps you need to get started. You can also schedule an Onboarding Zoom meeting where we’ll walk you through the process. We have weekly Q & A Zoom meetings, where you can ask us anything.

Are there additional costs for advanced features?
Most ‘Advanced’ features are included in each package. There are minimal fees (from $2.5 to $7.5/month) for add-ons if you need something more robust.

Can I buy my domain name from 'Website In A Day'?
No, sorry, we are not able to provide that service at this time. We use NameCheap for all of our domain needs and recommend you do the same.

Can I connect my website to social media platforms for better visibility?

Can I customize my website even if I'm not a design expert?
We’ve got you covered! We will walk you through every step of the way when it comes to getting set up with Website In A Day. Using Website In A Day requires no knowledge of code at all.

Can I import from my Shopify store?
Yes! A migration tool from Shopify to WordPress is included for free.

Do I have to pay for updates?
You will never have to pay for any updates ever with Website In A Day. We manage all updates on every hosting plan.

Do you provide any training?
Yes! Our training library includes a complete onboarding section, along with training for our premium plugins, and more. You also have automatic admittance to our weekly Solutions Lab – Q & A Zoom meetings.

Do you require any long term contracts?
At Website In A Day, we operate without any binding contracts. If you find our platform isn’t the perfect fit for your needs, canceling your subscription is hassle-free. It’s important to note that we do not provide refunds for any portion of your monthly subscription. Once canceled, you won’t incur any further charges.

If I cancel my Website In A Day account, will I lose my data?
No! If you choose to cancel your account, we will provide a complete backup. We will even help you to migrate your website to another WordPress Hosting Provider. Note that you will lose access to all our our premium plugins.

What's your refund/cancellation policy?
We do not issue refunds. If you no longer wish to keep your website, simply cancel your subscription in the Portal.

Will I be able to add content and edit my site?
Sure, you’ll have full administrator rights to add or modify nearly everything on your site.
However, if you’d rather be hands-off and have us handle your changes for you…that’s what we’re here for.

Will I have my own URL? My own domain name?
You have a choice. If you want to use your own domain name, you’ll need to reserve that yourself at NameCheap (recommended) or elsewhere. Once you do, we’ll show you how to point your domain to us so we can show your gorgeous new website to the world.
